Manikya Veenayumaayen...
Veteran Malayalam film music director Devarajan passed away. Devarajan Master, as he is addressed by hordes of his fans was one of the original composers of his time and was instrumental in creating a new path for Malayalam film music. He was not doing much film music during the last one decade or so and was against the degenerative music trend in the 90s.

Pulari Thoo Manju Thulliyil is class man. Eventhough I am not an avid fan of him definitely its a nashtam, but to me not as much as Raveendran. Probbaly nammal valarnnu varumbole ketta pattukal Raveendran Mashude aayathu kondaavum.
Still remember I sand "Onnam Raagam Paadi" in 12th :)
And your fav list is really goodo songs- "Arikil Neeyundaayirunenkil". There is another movie in that song. "Bhoomiye Snehicha Devangana Oru Poovinte Janmam Kotichu" - Beautifull lines by ONV.
ONV-Devarajan, Vayalar-Devarajan - simply great
